FAQ

When do I need to RSVP by?

May 21, 2025

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue limitations, plus ones are not available.

Are children allowed at the event?

The couple is holding a child-free ceremony and reception.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Food will be served inside in the reception hall. Guests will have access to the upper level of Hannon's Camp America which has a dance floor, ample seating, and an air conditioned building.

What should I wear?

The couple encourages guests to wear what they feel most comfortable in. Anything from casual to formal is welcome. The bride asks that guests refrain from wearing white. No political imagery or statements.

What is the theme for the wedding?

The wedding is a split theme of tie dye for the groom and black/burgundy for the bride.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give them time to navigate parking and reach their seats.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a table set up for cards. The couple is requesting donations to their honeymoon fund instead of traditional material items.

Is there any assigned seating for the ceremony or venue.

The front rows of seating during the ceremony will be reserved for members of the wedding party. Beyond that, guests are encouraged to sit where they like.

Are photos allowed?

Photos are encouraged during the reception, but during the ceremony the couple requests you refrain from using phones and keep them on silent. We'd rather see your faces than the back of a phone screen! Plus, we hired a photographer to handle pictures so just relax and be present.

Can I post pictures on social media?

This is perfectly fine, but it is requested that guests refrain from posting until the bride and groom get a chance to post pictures themselves.

What are the food options?

The main course will be an option of pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches (various options of BBQ sauce on the side). Sides of coleslaw, baked beans, pasta salad, and chips will be available. There will also be a mashed potato bar and refreshments. The wedding cake will be a cheesecake. Food will be labeled per dietary restrictions. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

What is the itinerary for the afternoon?

Ceremony will begin at 4pm, with reception immediately following. The wedding party will arrive at the reception following pictures. There will be a fire circle at dusk. The reception is set to end by midnight.

Are there additional events planned for the wedding weekend?

There will be a campfire breakfast the following morning at Hannon's Camp America for anyone that wishes to attend.

If I have further questions, who can I contact?

You can contact either the bride or groom with any questions. The night before and day of the wedding, questions will be fielded by Morgan Campbell and Collin Polver.
